jlawlax1344 im planning to finish jrdyfocus84's build, its all forged motor, and im going for FI as soon as i can, I plan to have it done by May. I know i need certain parts to finish this, but want some suggestions for my build.

i know i can handle 20lbs plus of boost, but what turbo/boost should i run for my build? I want 300whp and whtq and its also my DD at the moment

Also would a LSD be a good investment, especially being a DD car and what brand would you suggest?

Can I run this setup on my FSWerks 2.5" race exhaust?

ZXthrizzle05 My build has eagle rods n je pistons. Just because I don't want to chance anything going wrong. This stock motors been a lemon for me anyways

illinipo unless you do a remote mount turbo, you wont even be using the svt header.

m1ndg4m3s ok, i didnt read every post in here, so i hope nobody else asked this question.
is my SVT header sufficient if i do a turbo and a 3" exhaust? or should i look at getting a bigger header?
thank you, and this post is amazing!! answered almost all of my questions.

Thatsmrgimp2u I was looking at Quaife's site last night. My last car had an LSD, something i miss alot on this car. I had planned on putting one in, possibly before i went turbo.

Overall do you guys think the FS kit is good for the money? Or should I start building my own?

I would seriously consider a Torson or Quaife for the tranny... thats going to be the next weak link.
+1 on the money part. But if your going to turn up the boost the stock FLYWHEEL and CLUTCH is not going to like it much aqnd if that's going to get done throw a lsd in it. Look to spend about 1500 if not more on that set up. Good luck.

Thatsmrgimp2u After the internals have been replaced, and lets say i do have a 3.0" exhaust, what becomes the week link in achieving that additional 50hp? I was looking at the FS kit. If all i have to do is twist a knob and retune than im gonna go for 300 =)

Going into modding now, I was wondering if a 2.5" exhaust from tru bendz would be big enough for a turbo, and if there are any benefits to changing the stock cams in the 2.0 duratec. I plan on doing forged internals, probably after I get the turbo. Until then ill want to run anywhere between 8-10psi and possibly 16-18psi afterwards.
2.5inch will get you 250whp but if you want to build for 300 whp get 3.0inch
