captcomputer I'll bet it is the O2 sensor. i just replaced mine Wednesday for that exact reason. On a side note, the almost stalling after first take off in the morning has stopped. So pray for warranty, or expect to pay $140 for the part and that much in labor if you let a dealer do it.

emission light

Been having a bit of a problem with my emissions light. I was driving down the hiway about a month ago and the light went on, not knowing what the light ment I pulled into the nearist ford dealer, where they told me it was just on emissions light and not to worry too much about it. After a couple a day the light went off so I didn't worry too much about taking the car in to have it serviced. But since then the light goes off at random it'll go on for a few days then go off for a few, then back on. Is it anything to worry about or could it be the fuel in the car (the only fuel I can buy in Whistler is ethonel blended), or should I take it into a dealer for service (nearist svt dealer is in Vancouver 200km away). Any input would be great.
