New User from Utah

Hello, my name is Nathan and I live in Utah, but I'm from Texas. I bought a blue 2001 Ford Focus ZX3 manual 2.0 a couple weeks ago and I plan on doing some stuff to it soon (which I will make posts about when I get stuff done). I also own a 1997 Mustang 3.8 V6. I've used the forum for answers on about little things I need to fix on my Focus, so I figured I'd actually sign up so I can hopefully start to ask and answer questions.

Here's some info on my Focus:
I bought it from guy who had it for about a year who didn't seem to know much about cars and much about the Focus. He didn't even know that the previous owner had all the receipts from the past repairs, fixes, maintenance, etc. I found all of them in the owners manual zipper keeper in the glove box (speaking of owner's manual, it has the original manual and the pamphlet about the extras included in the car, such as fog lights, periscoping steering wheel, etc., so I thought that was pretty cool). The owner before the guy I bought it from took extra good care of it, taking it to a Ford Dealership for everything. I work at a dealership myself and got my Focus checked out by one of the mechanics. The only thing wrong (from what he could tell) was that the thermostat assembly was leaking coolant, so I got that fixed. He didn't actually drive it, but the Focus does wobble between 65 and 75 MPH, which I believe is a bent wheel but I'm not sure since it doesn't wobble all the time (any help or suggestions on that would be appreciated).

Anyways, sorry for going on and on. I'm glad I'm actually a member of the forum and I look forward to getting to know everyone!

Best color IMHO, looking good.

Welcome to FF!

Now you can post up in Brakes, Suspension & Chassis on the wobble with some more description to help.

Might be a wheel/tire issue, or something in the suspension getting loose (as well or separately). Wheels/tires ALWAYS have a little wiggle to them, it's keeping it small & in check that makes it work OK without enough wiggle to bother you.

Hey! Thanks for the reply (I haven't been on since my post lol). I got it all checked out, and the suspension is fine as well as wheel balance. I found out one of the tires is a slightly different spec than the rest of the other tires. And I also found out one of the wheels is actually slightly bent
