Unhappy Battery-TCM-Clutch-Forks Major Trans Issues

I'm looking for some help.
2012 HB Ti

TCM & Clutch went out at 72k, and now at 90k I took it in after some slipping and a "Trans Malfunction" light. They claimed it was just a battery, so I paid for that replacement and less than 200 miles later had to get towed back to the dealer after the car failed to move (just revved). This time I has getting "trans overheat" warnings as well as malfunctions, but the car couldn't limp back to the dealer.

The dealer has had the car for 10 days, first claiming it was the TCM, then TCM and CLutch, and now saying I have Forks bent in the transmission (suddenly there is a "Check Engine" light coming on.

I luckily bought the extended warranty, but still may have to pay $750 if the forks are not bent. I'm starting to lose hope that they will fix this without me getting stuck with a huge bill.

Any other ideas what may be going wrong? I've read some having issues with bad batteries leaking on the wiring harnesses and shorting them out, leading to TCM issues.

Any thoughts or feedback would be helpful.

Why $750? Is that your deductible? Or are they making you pay for your deductible multiple times? The TCM and clutches should be covered under customer satisfaction programs (extended warranties) since you're within the time and mileage requirements.

I've been on these forums a while and have never read about that happening to a Focus.

Sounds like you need a new dealer first and foremost.

Search tons about this issue, covered under warranty. GL

$750 would be 1/2 the expense of diagnosing the the transmission issue by removing it and cracking it open. I would only be charged this is there are no issues, so at this point I'm hoping that the Forks are damaged.

Here is the Quote from another forum from a guy who had the issue with the wiring harness:
''BOUGHT A NEW 2013 FORD FOCUS . HAVING SAME ISSUE AS MOST FOCUS OWNERS I TRANSMISSION FAILURE WARNING LIGHT. TRANSMISSION, OVERHEATING WARNING LIGHT. REPLACED TCM AND CLUTCH TWICE. WAS TOLD BY DEALER SERVICE DEPT NEEDED NEW BATTERY. REPLACED IT. SAME ISSUE WITH WARNING LIGHT. NOW TODAY WAS TOLD OLD BATTERY LEAKED ONTO WIRING HARNESS THATS WHY TRANSMISSION FAILED''
