Belly pan fasteners falling out and taking out tire?

Just had a belly pan fastener fall out and take out my rear tire.

Looked under the car and there are a couple more missing.

After searching for a while on the web, I saw that the belly pan fasteners falling out is pretty common... Anyone know if there is a TSB out for this? Would this be covered under a warranty claim?

On a site note, is there a belly pan or fastener that is better the the stock ones?

As far as I know, no such TSB exists for the Focus yet.

I doubt it, but it's worth a shot.

They use a plastic "nut" which gets reemed out over time and eventually there is nothing for the bolt to grab onto. Except for 2 of the bolts which use a thin metal J-clip. These like to break however, since they are very thin and prone to corrosion.
