Just called my dealer. The Parts Department has the A4 Nav cards on hand. I will get mine done Wednesday morning and report back.

Well I won't hold my breath but I've never been able to use the Hand Free BT for calls because everyone says it sounds like I have all the windows down (Wind tunnel). None of the updates and a newer Iphone5 has ever changed that fact. I have one of those Jabra Sun Visor clip BT Speakerphones. Sound quality is Far FAR Superior in terms of the other person hearing me well.

Did you do this yourself using the download link or did a dealer do it? Has anybody done it themselves?

I did it. I was a bit cavalier about it... but honestly the system worked so badly I had no problem trying it.

I just finished the install of v3.5.1 on mine (from the DL link provided in this thread). Mine is non-NAV, so far, no issues... seems a bit more responsive, and the temperature display is back (I was on v3.0.2) again. Climate quadrant works properly, and the "auto pair function for BT devices" is neat (no PIN entry required), just a button press to confirm. I noticed text-to-speech, and internet fuctionality works now (it always worked on my BlackBerry, but not the Galaxy Nexus phone, but, now all phones seem to work well). Nothing major, but, this update looks promising so far...

Called dealer and explained how I did the v3.2.2 update and how the climate voice commands stopped working. They already knew about this TSB and ordered the A4 Nav SD and said they will call me when it comes in to make an appointment for v3.5.1 update. That was easy.

Well, got my car back after nearly 4 hours. Didn't have much time to test anything as the extended service department learning process made me late for work.

At the end, they finally realize that they need the A4 card (despite the number of times I asked if they had it), so I have to go back in a few days.

All it cost me was about 30 miles on the odo and an eighth of a tank of gas

I'm downloading it now. I forget, do I put the exe onto the USB stick or do I need to extract it first?

I have a 12/2011 build. I had massive problems with 3.2.2 to include loss of climate control.

I just installed the 3.5 from the PDF link on page 1 of this thread.

I now have regained climate control. Everything else looks great too.
