instrument cluster

new to the forum but have been looking at everything for a while.

anyways, my question. would it be possible to upgrade my instrument cluster to the larger screen with the quadrant setup?

i currently have a 2012 se with the smaller screen. if at all possible could anyone give some insight on what the steps i would need to take are?

As an IT guy I'd say probably not likely. The harness behind is more than likely just different enough that you would need to do some serious reworking of the system as it is to make the updated cluster work. If you're near a scrapper, one way to start investigating is go find one of each, pull em out and compare the plugs in behind. If they are identical there might be hope, otherwise, think of something else worth modding.

I've swapped over a auto titanium (bigger) screen on my SE base radio Everything functioned for the 2hours I had it on. I went back because I also swapped the radio screen over and my car dont have sync. So everything else on the radio (except radio and cd) didn't work. And I didn't feel like sacrificing my aux input for the bigger screens lol.

On the other note I noticed my mileage didn't swap over either so if your planning on swapping find one close to your mileage.

And I only tried it for 1-2 hours of driving about 40-50 miles.
