Does anybody elses 15 appearance package do this?

I opened my passenger door and noticed a gap or bend in the side skirts. I thought no biggie, but when I tried to push it in, it wouldn't budge. I'm just curious if anybody else has this problem. Hardly anyone sits in the passenger seat, so I'm fairly certain human error is not it...here's a picture of what I mean

The gap is bigger in person than what it looks like in the photo

How does that area of the skirt line up with the door when it's closed?

Someone goofed up at the factory. I added ST side skirts to my car and I had trouble getting that clip lock in properly. You can fix it by pulling the whole skirt off and re-attaching from front to back. I just left mine since its a pain to do and I cant notice it when the door is shut.

Well I figured that was the case, I made an appointment with Ford. Might as well use the warranty and all :). I just noticed it after 20k miles, bit once you notice something, you can't forget about it.

You should lift up the skirt bulling from the bottom up and then push straight and while pushing, let go from bottom. It`s kinda hook you put your coat on.

Yes you are right. It's a hook type attachment. Lift the skirt and have someone push it inwards while you hold it up. Once it's push all the way in, you release it and it should hold.

The skirt may have been moved from below, and so now it is sticking slightly away from the body.
The 'hooks' really are not locking, and any push from below could move the skirt.
It may have been moved at any time during a lift (to change oil etc, by an arm of the lift being too close), or even crossing a curb too close. (though the curb would most likely have left a message under the skirt)
