Odd, the additional air time in MI doesn't help?

Not in contact with the road nearly as much....

Hey, Michigan roads suck, but you can travel them legally fairly rapidly relatively speaking I suppose. Ohio police (atleast on i-75) have a Michigan problem. The speed limit is 65, you better keep it under 68 unless it is Michigan Ohio State in Colombus, where in that case, you keep it at 64 mph.

Well, that's what you get for going to war (literally) with Ohio so many years ago now.....

Hey, no hard feelings lol. We got the upper peninsula, and the UP is great. Seriously though, driving 75 south, (or north for that matter) through Ohio absolutely sucks until you hit Columbus (ironically enough from my viewpoint). I swear Dayton has been under construction for the last 20 years it seems. Driving 75 through Kentucky or Tennessee is great though.

If it wasn't for the AF museum you could drop Dayton in a hole and it'd never be missed.

I 75 through there is terrible, glad I seldom drove that road north/south in Ohio.

Ky that road has some good scenery (horse country), and Tennessee it's wild on top of the ridges.

Yea, in Ohio (and Indiana) my speeds were about 70-75 (or 5 MPH over the posted limit). In Michigan I go 85 MPH, which as you all know significantly impacts fuel economy.

I avoid I-75 in Ohio since they started construction on it in Dayton, but now they have moved to Cincinnati, and Toledo is also ripped up (can't avoid that). I saw though from Toledo to Findlay they will be making it 3 lanes. That at least is nice. Backwoods Ohio on 2 lanes is hell for me and my gas tank.

Drove another ten miles or so till I decided to fill up. Didn't want to chance anything. Car still new to me plus got to treat fuel system. Car sat for a while.
