Sounds like it's fixed.

Before editing it mentioned starting to install an aftermarket remote start, going no further than disconnecting wire plug to the key switch harness and starting to plug in the new unit inline. After reversing that without finishing the install, the car didn't start.

Too bad he was too embarrassed to post what actually fiixed it, instead of deleting the post. Might have helped someone else, we always learn by the "oops" moments....

Elizabeth had the PERFECT answer to what shows now, Kudos to a great response!

I just saw the edit & decided to post my memory of what happened - maybe someone else will be baffled the same way when attempting an installation - and others just wonder what the point was to the thread.

Not nearly as much fun....

You are so fast you saw the ninja edit, this thread is no longer fun. You can black hole it now, thanks.

Want it deleted? I'll get rid of MY comments.

Doesn't bother me either way.

Wasn't THAT fast, just read it when posted and didn't have anything useful to say at the time.

Always hated it when a thread actually DID go on with responses, then the OP came back & deleted the question.
