Lower rear valance

First off, greetings everyone. I've yet to do a formal intro, as this was more exciting to me than that - and therefore I wanted to do this first!
Anyways, OT:
I drive a 2016 Focus SE Sport Hatchback and have a long list of planned mods. Though this post is regarding the rear lower valance;
The plan is to do the swap to the Zetec S valance:

And then once the rear valance is done, to then do a full exhaust from the header. The thought being that the distance between the center of the two exhaust cutouts on the zetec s valance appears to be remarkably close to that of the Focus RS:
(see where I'm going with this?)

Both have a rear track-width of 60.4 in. At this point, doing the math is possible, but I'm having a hard time finding enough other reference measurements to come up with an approximate calculation.

Perhaps some of you have knowledge to add? Any input is good welcome.

Try just mocking it up instead of planning. All my exhaust have come out great after I stopped over thinking it.

Have your goal in mind, mark the center of where tips will be and mock it up. You can make marks or hang the tips in place and pipe to the tips. I like the rs rear look and so far I only found Maxton designs rear valence but I don't think they ship to US.
