IIRC the owner of that car did say the fender was dented up so yeah it was meant to mask the damage.

Looks better than in the centre of the grill. How would it mess up aerodynamics?

Its preventing the low pressure build up on the top of the splitter and lowering downforce and by altering the airflow on one side of the car is making the airflow different on either side of the car, making it unbalanced

May also be affecting airflow into that bottom slot, maybe that grill is there for a reason?

In all it screams someone who doesn't understand even air flow and handling is important. It has been lowered nicely to improve handling and then nobbled by ruining the airflow

Will affect your handling on the motorway easily and your fuel economy

In the UK the EVO doesn't

Why bother lowering etc then? if your not interested in improving the car. Doubt if that really is needed for the trip to work either

Just for the record I know who this car belongs to. He's a friend of mine. First of all its not animal print. Its a camo pattern. Second he would have done it no matter if his fender is damaged. And third, plenty of people mount their license plate in that location Bill Bye the science guy. I promise you it has absolutely no effect on the way his car drives or handles.
