winter pkg floormats - snap vs hook

Wife has a 2013 Ford Focus SE Hatchback,
with the Winter Package - heated mirrors, seats, and plastic floormats.

Today she went to swap the fabric mats (seems front were only provided)
with the grooved plastic "Ford" winter mats (front & rear both provided).

According to the "directions", there should have been a "hook" in the floormat,
but our mats had a large round disk, with what appeared to be a smaller round button in the center.
After some looking, pressing, etc - we just gently put our fingers under and around the large disk - and pulled up -
It was coming out one way or another...

Well - it seems our car has the floormats with the large round disk,
and the center is actually a snap button - like a snap button on a coat.

I love it when the doc does not match the actual product.
BTW - this was the instruction sheet included in the floormat plastic wrapper package.

Just like the overhead dome light - ours is nothing like described/shown in the Owners Guide.
