I take mine to Maroone Ford in Delray Beach. So far I have been pretty pleased with them.

I tried several up my way, but not Maroone in Delray, that will be my next visit if I still own the car at that point.

I got some VW's from them and use to go there for VW Service since Schumacher in West Palm sucked horrid, never had too many problems, always willing to make things right. I should have just got a VW in the first place.

My argument is that the techs (and I use that term loosely) are paid to replace parts not make customers happy. If a problem isn't instantly repeatable them they move on to another problem that will get them paid. Tell the customer they can't repeat it, then hide behind a "service writer".

Give me 5 minutes of face time with a real tech and he'll be able to duplicate the problem as well as have a couple of idea's on how to fix it.

Again that whole issue is not Ford. The dealer has control over what sort of people, and attitudes the service area is like.

I am truly a fair guy. I am going to make an appointment with them this Thursday.

1: Fix the rear seat back. I dropped the seat for the first time and the leather is out of the channel by the foam.

2: Replace front seat rail guard. Plastic guard snapped off.

3: My sync screen keeps going to "performing system maintenance"

4. NOW the trip screen blacked out same time the my sync screen acted up.

5. Oil change.

Let us see if they can get it right for once. If not, it I will post their name all over this topic. This can all change by Thursday afternoon. I think it was mature of me not to do it. Lol

Thanks for Monitoring.

Appointment is Friday. WISH ME LUCK!! I just called back to see if they were busy and maybe I could drop off today. It was like I was bothering them. WTH. The service desk said all the SA were out to lunch. Again the attitude. EVERY freaking day I wish I had another local Ford around.

You know what, here is the name: MIDWAY FORD I will no longer buy Commercially or Personally. BUT THEY WILL DO WARRANTY WORK!!!!

Good Luck to all who live in MIAMI.

That dealer in Miami sucks I live in West Palm Beach and I go to Metro Ford. The service there is so awesome I drive over a hour and a half to go there plus cost plus 20 on parts not bad at all.
