There's your mistake right there, assuming it mentions resetting the "one-touch" feature. It mentions resetting the bounce back feature, which is the only reset procedure available with these windows which trains them to know their upper and lower boundaries so that if they get slowed down or stopped in either direction they can stop moving up or down until the obstacle is cleared.

It is this same training procedure which shows the motors where the limits of the window which allows the 1 touch feature to function.

Alas, I have seen the error of my ways.

I see where the confusion was, in reading your post again I see where it references the Bounce Back feature along with the steps. Since the Owners Guide only referenced the Bounce Back feature and not One-Touch, it didn't occur to me that resetting them would be the same procedure. That's definitely helpful. Are there any other similar "tips and tricks" that you're aware of?

Now THAT makes sense. You should be writing the manuals for Ford Suss.
