Again, for my money I can not say enough good about America's tire. I will take my car to them (Discount Tire here) for a rotate and balance every 5000 miles and they will do it for free. They know that is where I will buy my replacements when the factory installed originals wear out.
That's not the wheels though, it's the steering rack. I have 18" Ti wheels on my SE and have no problems making full lock turns.

As for all this rim weight talk....seriously? It's a Focus. Unless someone is doing competitive auto cross (which would be a second set of wheels anyway), I highly doubt anyone would see any difference in weight between rims.

Just my 2 cents.

TireRack is a good place but be careful as they tend to sell a lot of crap rims on there. Look for name brands and research the company out to see if they have a history of bending or just being really heavy. Sparco is a spinoff brand of OZ so you're OK there. If you have a Discount Tire near you go there and see if they can work you a deal on rims and tires (they can order anything), typically they'll be cheaper than TireRack when you factor in TR's shipping.

18's wheels should fit on your car, I have a Titanium w/o the handling package and have 18's on it. Never ran into an issue.
