If your car is actually unlevel, I presume the car will try to use whatever feature that is that counter-steers steady side winds / the crown of the road. And then you'll just have a boatload of issues. No?

EDIT: But if it's not a broken strut, shock, or mount... I'm out of ideas.
Thanks for reply ,think there was a problem with the bearing plate or whatever its called causing the clunk ,then FORD decided it was normal ,think it is bad suspension part strut spring,control arm etc.no one can find it yet

Thanks for reply, don't think mine is the steering,it is possible the rack can be installed wrong mine was 1 st time,they forgot to install bolts to subframe had to take back on same day,9 hours for rack almost 8 hours to refix rack,
