No strut tower brace yet but i have a guy who will be making a custome one for e when I pull the trigger

The guys at rebel devil used an st strut brace off the ST with a couple ST struts and koni's in the back with v-maxx springs if I'm not mistaken. It sits pretty well too.

Sooo is there much of a difference between the 2012 and 2013 strut tower brace? pics?

The main difference was that the mounting pads for the bar to the strut towers, it looks like the 2013 reverted to the original version from before may 2011 but with a different part number.

That's not an ST brace technically, that's the 2013 version of the original brace from 2011 before they thinned the mounting plates up for most of the 2012 production.

There was a long thread about the brace, there are early STs with the thin brace and suspension clunk same as any other Mk3

Good to know :) My best friend/roommate (bought our cars 9 days apart) has an early production 2012 and mine being a later production 2012. The only thing visually different is the head rests (mounting poles, whatever they're called lol) and the coil on plug connectors are different.

I'll take a look under the hood today or tomorrow and see which one he has for the brace. His car does handle very well but tough to say as he has more directional tires on now and I've only driven his a few times (SEL poss with sport package, mine being a loaded Ti but no Ti handling package).
