I am still concerned, as my last car had a similar problem to yours.
If no drip is normal, something is wrong with my car. I changed the oil last weekend, and mine dripped condensation water while it was on the ramps. The drip came from behind the front crossmember. It gets very humid here though.

Mine leaves a puddle on the garage floor every time I park it. Not leaving condensation would worry me.

16K miles and my 2012 Titanium has the same issue. Luckily just the passenger front soaked but soaked non the less The cabin air filter was soaked with mildew growing on it. I have a service appointment for this Thursday. Where does the drain exit on the underside of the vehicle? I had mine up on ramps and for the life of me I could not locate the drain tube.
Is the tube behind the drivers side kick panel? If so does the kick panel just pull off to access the drain?

Thanks, Bob

Just got my Focus back from the dealer and it was a screw as well that was the cause of the plugged drain. The service adviser stated that mine was the third one recently that has had the same issue.

I was ready to give Ford a pass on this. It's impossible to build one car per minute, or whatever the assembly line speed is, without the occasional screw being dropped. But three coming into the same dealership with the same problem? They need to look into why this is happening.

Makes me think of a conversation I had a while ago with a friend's buddy who worked at the assembly facility in Ft. Worth where they built F-14s. He said when completed jets came off the line, they made sure to fly upside down for an extended period of time during the test flight. A handful of loose screws and bolts and clips would fall into the top of the canopy and be scooped up before delivery to the Navy.
