Well, Jan 4th in upstate NY and a whopping 6" of snow so far this season and that was spread out over the last 5 weeks, not all at once (not that I'm really complaining I guess).

Last season by this date: just over 4 feet.
Average for the season up here on this date: about 30".

$1300 on rims, winters, sensors, and still no idea how it drives in the snow.

It snowed here a few weeks ago, CO, and the only problem I had was on an uphill at a red light. I'm use to AWD but the hatch did just fine!

The forecast for SE Michigan tomorrow: Sunny and 51!

Winter? Ha!

We did get a crusty dusting last Monday. The winter tires did seem to do great driving around in the minimal mess.

This is the wimpiest bleepin' winter I've ever seen in my 30+ years in this state. Where do I go for a refund? Can't expect every winter to be a doozy, I know. But this one is pathetic. Good for the elderly and for those that don't know how to have fun in the snow. Not so good for me, but I reckon I'll live.

I'm a little ticked I spent $923 on tires and wheels and we've received about 0.0 inches of snow. We've had one 5" snow and an icy snow mix last Sat. night, but my car didn't leave the garage before the salt had melted the ice. A near record temp of 48 today. I'm putting my all season tires back on this weekend before a trip to Phoenix. Oh well, there's always next year.

I only spent 420.00 (used alloy rims 50.00 /new Blizzaks 371.00) but I feel the same. I really want it to snow to try it out.
