a guy with a white 5dr posted his relatively flashy new spoiler on here somewhere, and he swears its cut down the dirt tremendously.

I saw that. But it is a more expensive proposition, and I was wondering if the mudflaps helped at all. I'll talk to the dealer next time I am there, and see what they say.

No problem. They do, no drilling is required on the mudflaps.

Expect about $100 for all four, roughly.

I have a question. My 5 door HB gets a lot of dirt accummulated in the rear, I am guessing because of the aerodynamic shape ALL the dirt winds up on my rear hatch door and bumper. After installing the mudflaps, did you notice an improvement in how much dirt is on the rear of the car, is it less?
You're welcome! To be honest, I don't think they'll make too much of a difference, at least I haven't noticed one yet. Perhaps some fellow 5-door owners can chime in.

I paid $94 including tax for all 4 from my dealership. If you feel the quality of these they are superb. Thick, well designed, and made in Germany.......... NOT China. So I can be happy.

I just installed the 4 molded splash guards on my 5dr hatch and it cuts down on the road grime sticking the the paint just off the wheel wells. partscheap.com shipped to Canada was about 112, if you live in the states its under 90 bucks shipped i think.

Id take pics of the splash guards but my phone is being repaired my loaner phone doesn't have a camera.....i know :-/ so as soon as i have a camera i will post, very easy to install.

Seriously?! I've done this several times, I'm assuming they must have constructed these so it's not easy to separate
