I used Loctite Epoxy for plastic to plastric. Make sure to check for temperature resistance, it gets hot up there.

Ok, should I use that all the way around the sunroof area? I'm assuming you clamped it after you applied the epoxy?

Thanks Again!

What bothers me about this is that we are having to come up with our own fixes for this because Ford dosent seem to realize this is an issue.

Yes. It said to leave it undisturbed for 20 minutes, but I left the clamps in place for an hour to be on the safe side. I don't think that length of time was necessary, I'm just overly cautious. Any slight impressions were gone within a few hours.

I am so happy with how it turned out. Usually I end up making thing worse, lol!

My main squeak is from the piece of plastic between the gauge cluster and the steering wheel. I'm trying to figure out if there's any way to stop it.

I had a bit of a squeak from there... I just pushed the gauge cluster and plastic trim towards the front of the car to better seat everything and it went away.

Any rattling, squeaking, or buzzing I notice usually turns out to be something *I* put in the car... objects in the glovebox, or bottles in the cupholders or door panels.

Mine is 2 weeks old I'm having the same issue. Glad I'm not the only one. :-) I noticed it 10 minutes after I drove the car off the lot when opening the sunroof. Now it seems to be coming unglued by the lights between the door and sunroof and starting to rattle.

Unfortunately my back bumper was damaged in shipping, so I'll have the dealer look at it when I take it in for the bumper replacement. I'll report back once I hear what they have to say.
