Wouldn't make sense to not include the DSG with the Diesel.... the DSG (powershift) gets better gas mileage.

I know, I meant 2.0, I'm shure 1.6 diesel will be just light upgrade like 1.6 petrol, the big upgrades are 2.0 diesel and ecoboost...

The New Focus has been developed in Germany (just like the previous two generations).

The second generation vehicle uses small display:
- as a trip computer
- for showing the outside temperature
- for selecting steering mode (for EHPAS-equipped vehicles)
- for showing the selected gear (for vehicles with automatic transmission)
- for enabling/disabling ESP

The larger display is for multimedia (DVD, FM radio, GPS-navigation, phone)

I think it's going to be the same with the new car.

I was just wondering bc the video shows the in-cluster display(s) also being functional to adjust things like climate control
etc

Some good pics that killa added above.

Here is a video showing what to expect to see in the LCD screen on the new Focus. The video example is of the 2011 C-Max lower trim level with the Fiesta-like centre IP design and the driver LCD screen set up. The info that will display in the LCD screen will depend on what features are included, and it is possible feature offerings will differ between Europe and North America.

Video below is explaining some of the new driver assist system features Ford will be offering in its C- segment vehicles. Please note that this is a Ford Europe based info-video

Posted via FF Mobile In regular trim the center lcd display between the gauges will do whats stated above, trip, gear, etc. If you have my ford touch the guages will look a bit different, two lcds on the sides and speed in the middle. The left lcd does car stuff like showing the RPMs. The one on the right will contril sync, climate control, the radio, your phone etc. Im assuming myford touch will be somewhere around 2k.
