In complete charge, and alerts

We are starting to get some odd messages on the dash telling us that the car is scheduled to charge in 1 minute, but is not currently plugged in, please plug the car in. Car has no scheduled charging times in it. And then less then 30 minute later the car is fully charged.

Also the display is showing that we have a budget of 0 miles left, but we have a status of +45 miles. Things are not adding up right to me, that was last Saturday.

Today, Friday, the car was in the charger since last night, got a notice to say it is fully charged, and today we start out in it and it is starting out with just 62% charged battery and +52 miles in it. If I took this to work today, I would have been screwed getting home since round trip is 62 miles.

We are in Cypress TX, and it is not cold here or over a hundred today, so why am I so limited today?

More info:

The car is starting out with a full charge today, shows budget 84 miles 0 status, on a full charge,

Got 5 miles down the road and now the budget shows 63 miles on the budget -2 status.

After 11 miles, I am down to 55 miles on the budget and showing 74% for battery level. This is not right!

Hi Zwolf,

Have you made an appointment at your dealership for an inspection? They'll be your best next step for getting your concern resolved. Feel free to reach out to me via PM; I'll assist by getting your information in front of the customer service manager for your region. In your message, be sure to include your name, phone number, VIN, mileage, and dealership info.

Crystal
