2009 COUPES received the new transmission.

All SES's received the stiffer suspension.

Does anyone know if it's possible to take an internal trunk release from a 2009+ and stick it in my 2008 that didn't come with one, with no issues?

It's electronic so I assume you will need a wiring harness of some sort...

Pull the left foot well cover. Sometimes car makers think ahead and put in wiring and then forget the rest (more like make it an option).

I figured it would need a harness as well as some other stuff. Was just curious as to how complicated it would be to do

So then would anyone know why I have two unused plugs under my rear seat? I have an 08 coupe with cloth seats. Here's a picture.
