I have gotten over 40 in it before! I want to open the exhaust up on it some and see if I can't squeeze some more mpgs out of it

300+ if you get it from fswerks. or take it to a tuning shop with a dyno and they can hook you up. i hear thats better anyways cause they get the most out of the car. fswerks has the tunes ready to go but of course not all cars are created equal

What kind of exhaust did you all go with? I was thinking flow master muffler and cutting out the resonators and leave the cat alone

resonators don't restrict airflow so all you would be doing is making the car louder. unless that is what you are looking for.

i have an mbrp exhaust. they don't make focus exhausts anymore sadly BUT i managed to get one off an 05. think trubendz sounds the most aggressive
