Was wondering if those bug reflectors really work, omg the bugs hitting my windshield - never had this problem with other cars, does the Focus sit lower to the ground ??

Oddly I notice this more in SUVs/trucks. My understanding is that the protectors are more to protect the paint on the front of the hood, or at least this is what they work best at. I know I've been looking at one as my car has several nicks in the paint in that location, but am concerned high pressure water from a wash might blow it off as tape is all that holds it on.

I've had bugs hit my car hard enough to strip the paint off the bumper

Aeroskins are rock/bug/chip protectors

Bug deflectors ramp the air up and over the hood and windshield to avoid bugs and such

And yes they do help out quite a bit
