strut bars

hey guys, first off i just wanted to say thanks to everyone on answering my questions, i am in the process of getting a 2011 SES 5spd

been looking at some of the performance / suspension parts for this car and have come by a few questions.

ive noticed that fswerks.com sells a "stress" bar... is this the same thing as a strut bar?

and i see that STEEDAFOCUS.COM makes "strut tower brace"

so they are almost priced the same what makes one better than the other?

For the front end there are 2 bars that can be added. Upper and lower. Upper tower brace and lower stress bar

Fswerks is formally focus sport, so what they make is for our cars only, and I'm not big on massive products

Which one is better? or is it too hard to differentiate between the two?

Can I ask why you are not so big on massive products? What makes FSW any different/better than massive?

The only reason I ask is because I just bought a Massive "Massacre" upper tower brace.

strut tower bars and stress bars are basically like upper sway bars. help stiffen up the ride. the stress bar is in the rear, and the strut tower bar in in the front in the engine bay. definitely worth getting, you will notice a difference
