1st post. 2008 S coupe.

I've been lurking for a while on the forums and finally joined. I picked this 5-speed S coupe up almost a year ago and have been fighting the modding "bug" but am now planning on getting some spring/rims soon.

thanks man. I do really like the color... I'm thinking some black 17" rims on the 06+ frpp suspension kit and the black 09 ses grille will set it off nicely.

Nice this is the first vapor silver I have seen besides mine very rare. Welcome to the FF
Here's what yours will look like this is about a 2in drop with 17in rims and 215/45 tires.

looks good man. I'm still deciding on which brand to go with. I've just seen that you can run 00-05 suspension with the massive kit. Will you be able to run the 00-05 sway bars too? C-F-M has the eibach kit which includes the springs/shocks/swaybars for like $690. Anyone running this kit on a 08+?

Our chassis is same from 00-07, so many suspension parts work.

I used Eibach sportline springs with Ford racing struts and shocks worked well stance is the same as that pic did not have to use that massive kit. Used everything for my year car. $200 for springs about $200 for struts and shocks got a Steeda Rear Swaybar Kit for '00-09 for $167. that a cheeper way to go if you want

I have an 08 with the Eibach springs and Steeda sway bar setup. I like the lowered look, but the ride is what makes it worth the $. With the Steeda tower strut bar on the front end, you've got the whole package. With the right tires and a suspension tune, the car tracks very well for a modified stocker.
