mine does that too, but it's my tires. Don't know why.
Try listing the front end off the ground, on safety stands. Then turn the car on and try turning the wheels back and forth. If it's in the steering system you will here it. If nothing then try it again with the wheels on the ground. If nothing then it's probably the tires.

Good luck

Power steering pump whine? Have you checked the fluid level?

If it makes the noise while turning it is most likely a wheel bearing. If you lift the vehicle of the ground grab the suspect wheel/tire and try to shake it left and right then up and down. There should be no movement.

A poor alignment may also be at fault. Run your hand across the tread. The tire should feel smooth and not choppy. Tire wear should be even across the width of the tire.

Thanks do you mean lift it clear of ground and spin wheels to see if it is in steering even today when on motorway when the steering is in centre or turned to right no drone but when moved slightly to left even at fast speed it drones until brought back to centre...as this is my first focus i need to ask one thing it is prob silly but when i shut down engine is it normal for turbo to take a few seconds longer to shut off sounds like small version of jet shutting down thanks to all for help...

The turbo winds down pretty quick. If there is no exhaust pressure to spin it..... it must be a cooling fan or electric water pump for the turbo trying to cool everything off. It would be neat for you to post a video of the noise. Not having a newer turbo car I can't be certain. With my turbos I was instructed to run they car for a few minutes before turning it off to cool it all down....
