Coilovers vs Lowering Spring

i have a 2011 ses and am wanting to lower it. ive seen some with coilovers but not too many with lowering springs. if you have some on your car could you post some pics. and i am debating taking the plunge on coilovers and the only set i can find it H&R's. is that a good brand?

I am using H&R springs right now but I will upgrade to coil overs in the future (not any time soon though). Here are the pics of my 2011 focus lowered.

Anything over a 1.2 inch drop you always want to align it. Rear camber wouldnt be a bad idea either.
