Adding a rear dome light

There may already be a thread on this but i couldnt find one. I want to add a rear dome light for the back seat. I want to know how others have done it and what parts they needed.

I know 10-11 have rear dome. Try finding a wreck focus with a rear dome and taking that

Can you just wire some led to the existing dome and find a a discreet location............ Cause I was wondering what to do with my zx5....... I have an 18 month child and can't see her in the back even when I turn on dome.........
