Try reversing the polarity from the light to the ballast. Give it a shot.

Im honestly not a fan of DDM, Don't get me wrong. Their customer support is awesome.

I bought originally the Digital Slim HID for my fogs with 3K H11. On arrival, One ballast dead. Sent back, waited 4 weeks. While waiting, (have plenty of extra ballast), other damn DDM ballast failed. Contacted, sent back, and Told them to send me TWO Non-Digital ballast, No sent me both digital ballast. Contacted again, returned, waited 3 weeks this time. Got both non digital ballast. Finally worked.

I must say though that when I opened DDMs ballast and some other decent brand ballast, You can tell the craftsmanship off DDM. They're decently good, but not as good as other good brands, IE Morimoto, VisionPro, MTEC, and ETC

yes but price wise ddm blows them away for something that is close to the same quality>>
morimotos-$150 plus shipping
ddm-$30 plus shipping

That is enough a difference to drastically make my decision(=
