08+ Fog light kit

So my 08coupe didnt some with fog lights, and I've checked for the pigtails tucked underneath and didnt find anything. So I resolved to using the official focus fog light kit they sell, but have yet to install it. Has anyone had any experience having it installed? my local ford dealership has quoted me at about 5 hours install time at about $100/hour.
How hard is this to do?

Also, does anyone know where to find one of those tools used to remove those black clips they use to secure parts onto the metal frame? (trim clips, etc)

So you have the lights, wires, and switch to install right?

It shouldnt be that hard to do. I know others have done it on 01-07 cars I cant imagen the 08-10 being any differant.

For the clips, flathead screwdriver.

yup, have the whole kit
i think the hardest part is taking the wheel, and fender trim off on both sides, then drilling that hole thru where the clutch would be (driver's side)

Yea I called Ford one day and they said unless it was wired from the factory, it's near impossible for them to do efficiently
