Sorry I don't have the pic but there was a thread from maybe two weeks ago that I can't find that had some pics.

Someone removed theirs and found holes that the fender thing clips into but then when they removed the other side they found that one had the clips broken off and was just taped to the fender and that fender had no holes in it.

But most likely there should be holes behind it to mount it there. About 4 or 5 small rectangular holes if I remember right.

I don't have those fender vent things on my 09 so me showing you a pic of no fender thing and no holes wouldn't be too useful..

yes there are 5 holes, search brad whites posts and you'll eventually come across his dabble in them, he has painted them 2 times. i also have s so i don't have the holes, but they are held on by 2 plastic clips that can be accessed by removing the wheel well liner thingy if i remember correctly.... or just pm brad white, he is always willing to help out....

but to answer your question, yes there are 5 holes behind it.

here, i googled "removing 08 focus fender vents" and came up with this, on our site!!!

Remove Fender Vents

lol, even more edit:

this guys car is freakin frankenstine, one side has the holes, the other side is just stuck on!!!!
