Custom Work

I started to do some custom work on my headlights because i got upset with the fact the lens on both headlights were too foggy (doesnt look good) so after some thinking and prep work i decided to take the lenses off to give it a home made custom look.

i will be doing other slight modifications to reseal and make the lights and center fender piece all look like one part.

but if you want to take a look at the the first stage of my custom goto

http://s591.photobucket.com/albums/ss358/2003cherrysvt/

i will post pictures before during and after the custom work is done.

well im getting some 2 ply fiberglass to fit over the each of the open surfaces on the lights

im cutting out the top part of the lens so it can still seal and fit like it used to

painting the chrome pieces black to match the center grille

and sealing everything up with quick steel its going to look intense once im done
i will keep posting pictures on the photobucket site and let everyone know of new updates

*the reason why im doing this because i want my ride to be unique and in my vision not somebody elses, im going for home made custom so people know i put effort into my car instead of buying a bolt on piece*

While you're at it and have the Mach's apart, retro in some better projectors than those E55's.

I know you put in your disclaimer that you want to be unique, etc... but your plan is to not use the lens cover at all?
