I added the fog lights, and I have a separate switch for them. I haven't had the time to check just yet.

Do the LEDs have inline resistors? If not then it is likely you have burnt out the LEDs as they are designed to work at a low voltage. Much like trying to cut a cake with a chainsaw. Too much kills it.

My only suggestion from there would then be to crack out the multimeter and go charge hunting!

Just remember and mark the circuits/cables you have tested!

I stupidly didnt my first time ans spent hours because I kept forgetting where I had tested to so kept starting over - was not a nice experience!

Hey guys, I haven't been active in a couple years now. I just wanted to give an update that everything is still working solid on my headlights almost 5 years after installation. I'm really sorry but I had to remove my pictures from the thread since it was associated with my name when googled. PM me if you need any assistance and I'll send you the link to them

I got my projectors today and installed them, seems to be pretty much the same design as the ones in the first post here. Except now the sidemarker plug is green and has metal tabs on both sides, but the hole in which its wire comes out of the headlight is wide open. Didn't want any moisture in there so I found some round rubber gaskets and poked a hole in the middle to thread the wire through, and then glued it to the back of the assembly. The metal tab on the bottom is still slightly off, but following the how-to got it in place by poking it with a screwdriver. Everything is 100% plug and play otherwise and works great!

Some before/after pics:

With the stock projector lights installed my visibility is already so much better than the stock-stock headlights. I have some ddm hid's on their way from china as well.

The halos are SO sick and the black finish instead of chrome is a really great accent to the car and matches my grille too.

I got the new eagle eyes earlier this year- updated model as well with the new sidemarker plugs. I've been tempted to strip my HIDs out and go back to the standard halogen H9's or whatever they are... I feel like the HID cutoff is just a bit too shitty inside halogen projectors. Only thing holding me back is that I've read too much about peoples plugs and connections melting cause of the heat- definitely not down for that.

@uconn, I'm guessing you've put your HIDs in by now? How are you finding them?
