how do i go about tapping the parking signal for the halos? i just picked up and installed the same set of projectors, but have little experience with wiring. What did you use to tap that bulb? and how does that attach to that little red peg thing for the halos? thanks :D

I had already used your write-up for my install , and somehow managed to snap a clip on my headlights adapter as well.

I was actually wondering how to tap the parking signal for the halo's so that they would be on when the parking signal is on, and flash when the parking signals flash (when i remote-lock my doors).
Also, I'm putting in HID's - Is there a way to disable the auto-daytime headlights, ie. driving with only the parking signal and halo/LEDs; and turning on the headlights only through the headlight knob?
THANKS!

i dont have daytime running lamps on my car so i really don't know. i heard it's hardwired and not just a wire you can cut anymore..

as for taping into the parking signal, that's pretty easy. you're going to follow what m3grady2 did above there, cut off that red tab and tap into the turn signal wire instead of the parking signal wire. im too tired to read though his post and find out what wire it is, but its really that simple. if youre a novice at this kinda stuff shoot me another message and i can go into more detail.

yup, quite a novice at this
white/purple wire for power, and black for ground.
do those go into the blue and black wires, respectively, to power the halo?

if you follow my install by plugging the red thing into the sidemarker, then the halos will flash when you lock the car and not flash with the turn signals.

thats the thing actually, i followed your instructions (the metal things were on the 'right' for the red thing - actually came like that, so i guess K2 mustve fixed it), and the my halos dont flash when i lock the car?
