change the color of the odometer/needles?

has anyone done this? i definitely want to do it because the green/orange looks like hell with the blue/red. any advice?

I tried...beware........i have a 2003 and my set up inside is all different....look at tmy to last threads, i screwed myself....if you see no green filter like in the pic below....you cant do it, there are green leds and u dont want to desolder it all to change them....if anyone else know of a way Please tell me, anyways thats my advice...and dont remove you needles, i meesed mine all up,.....any questions pm me...

the electric tape is think and too dark, not a lot of light gets through...
