Question Unanswered SVT Seat Swap Questions

Hey all. A search of the forum has left me with some more questions that did not get answered in the threads that I have read. These include:

1. I don't THINK my 2003 ZX5 comes with seat airbags. The stock plug only has 4 wires going into the driver side seat. (no power/heat either)

2. So, does this mean I won't have an airbag light? I have seen in some threads that I need to swap my buckle over, otherwise it will trip the SRS light.

3. Does anyone have a wiring diagram just lying around that can help me with the power adjustments? I don't think I'll get around to tackling them when I get the seats, but I eventually want that adjustment.

Thanks for the help, Fanatics.

power is just a switch you run to any always on power. If you don't have the airbag tag on your seat you don't have airbags and won't throw a light. You will just put on your wiring harness from your old seat

I was wondering if I should use switched or constant power. Just match colors? I figured I'd have to maul off the body side connector to connect into the SVT seat side one.

You will need to swap in your "old" Seat belt buckle.

You want your entire wiring harness from your old seat off. SHouldn't have to maul anything except the power for heated seats and movement which need to be hard wired in anyways

What I was planning to do is cut off the old body side connector and then just matching up the wires.

I went from 2002 stock seats to 2004 Recaro seats and I didn't have to do that...
