Do CF and RED Mix?

OK guys...heres the situation....i'm thinking about painting the interior accents in my car red...very common thing....only problem i can come up with is most of my interior has the CF stuff.... dash kit, CF bezel cover, CF ish Door Panel Inserts...also my interior is a light gray...how do you think it would look if i painted some parts red.....maybe black?....maybe black would look better since its darker CF....input would be greatly appreciated...does anyone have any pics of what im thinking about...that would also help with my decision.

Hard to say, it might look really good. Since red and 'dark colors' usually do.

It would look proper if done right, and creative... Don't just have a collage of gray/black/cf/red going... that sounds like something something from a paint-by-number book or something.

the little stuff makes a huge difference. and if the little stuff is painted a color that really contrasts against the "theme" of the car then... things tend to look tacky.

that's just my opinion though... You could leave your interior gray, because a complete changeover from gray to black is hours and hours worth of labor.

If you accented your vents, door handle, and lights/window witch surround pieces in red, I think that would look great with the cf!

Cheers!

you could always have your cf parts overlaid with red kevlar/cf hybrid fabric

It's possible that it can look good. IMO, CF is like black..just about anything goes...
