For a Mustang or Focus? Have you tried junkyard? Where did you find one for $300?

For an 02 Focus. Well I called Ford and they told me they were $370.00. A few places online they were like $270- and higher.

if its not completly shreaded and still holds its form, you can always have it reapholstered. it would be the cheapest way to go, heck if you're trying to trick it out you could always go with 2yds of ultrasued for about $120. use a good spray glue and have a trick headliner, you can even get some soft 1/2" foam and make flames or a logo go across the headliner for under $300. just an idea to consider!

i cant recall the price, but somewhere out there is a carbon fiber headliner, if your into that sort of thing.

but if you want cheap, junk/salvage yards. shouldnt be too hard to come by.
