Car PC switch

Can anyone help.
I have got a STSP switch to act as an on/off switch on the ignition live, to make the Car PC wife proof. The ignition live has a 3 amp fuse to protect it and the switch is rated at 16 amps, so I happy with the components. I just need some suggestions where to mount the switch to keep it out of the way but accessible for when I need it.
Cheers

under the steering wheel, I was looking at a SVT at a dealer in Houston and they had some sort of ignition switch under the steering wheel to me 30 minutes to figure out how to start it, and stil not sure how I did it I say go with under the dash, or put the thing in the little cubby hole by the gauges.
