I have looked at ATX shift knobs ever since I bought my Focus 2 years ago and have yet to see any with that combination ( not saying they are not out there but I haven't seen any).
The selection for aftermarket ATX knobs is very limited and even more so for those with an overdrive button ( I have only seen one which includes the OD button and it was $75!!). Of those I have found most would require repositioning the OD button to somewhere on the center console which is no biggie. Company with some fair looking ATX knobs is Ichiban, might check them out ( do a Google search). Good luck.
