Installing neon lights

Hey guys,


I recently installed some blue neon lights in the foot area under the dash. I have a light up switch that has three connectors to it.
1 power
2 Acc
3 Ground

I want to know how should I connect this up? I heard to connect the power to the cigarette lighter, but I cant get to the wires to that thing no matter how Hard I try. CAn someone please help me!

ok well.. you want to splice into your constant power wire.. its under your steering wheel wrapped up in abunch of other wires.. look for it.. might take you aminute but it can be found. you might have to remove the whole panel under the steering wheel to find it.

now run a wire of the red wire.. that will plug in to the power prong on the switch..

the acc is positive wire that comes from the neon tube.

and your going to have to ground the switch as well as the neon's ground. dont plug the ground wire from the tube to the plug on the switch.. that wont work.. theyll both have to be grounded.
