im planning on getting one of these too....they are real leather.go to www.wheelskins.com
and floor mats just depends on what kind you want...the cloth stock kind...the rubber all-weather kind or those metal ones

wheelskins are badass. I got the black leather one from E-bay and it goes awesome with the leather E-brake and leather Auto-shifter cover. Smells kinda kinky too the first couple days
as far as mats are concerned, I just got those generic black ones from wal-mart. No annoying graphics, just plain ol durable mats. Just don't get the $5.00 mats cuz they're crap. G'luck on the search!
