Hi
Ya I too bought a set of APC bolt on pedal covers. the auto and manual gas pedals are the same. BUT, your problem is that its made out of plastic and the new pedal covers have the little things on the back that hold it on and the dont work on non SVT. I have seen SVT pedals for sale on some link to a focus salvage yard. I hope this helps.

Logan

PS, i will post a link if i find it.

your best bet.....is to drill them on....right through the plastic...then just fasten on the back with nuts or something.

You can't use UNIVERSAL pedals on the focus cause of the gas pedal's curved design. You have to get FOCUS SPECIFIC pedals. For the ATX though, I don't think there are any. There are some made by STEEDA, FOCUS CENTRAL, even the SVT pedals but they are all for a MTX.

Have you seen ebay special for $15.50... These pedals are a curved, and fit very well.. I have no complaints other than Fords design of a gas pedal with a honeycomb plastic backside, which makes it very difficult to drill a hole and fit a nut for the bolt/screw....

Guess I will be going with the SVT pedals then. But then I have an MTX so I don't have much to worry about there.

And the pedal covers that have a little slide bolt on the back really bother me, they really don't offer any real advantage and personally I think they are ugly. But I think I remember seeing some ATX pedals somewhere for the Focus let me see if I can find a link.
