if you really want these things its best to go to a real store and buy them. you would be taking your chances getting stiffed on ebay. you send the money and the guy disappears. it happens and dont anyone tell me it doesnt.

i've never really had any bad expeirences on ebay, maybe one or two small things that were fixed with no problems, just check feedback mainly, i usualy try to not buy from someone under 20 positive feedbacks (0 negatives and neutrals of course), and if they have a negative or neutral and they're feedback rating is under 100 check out what the people said on eachother's feedback and possibly email the person, may seem like alot of work but you don't get stiffed, any way, back to the topic, the pioneer p5500mp is a great choice, i just bought one for my brother today actualy, i bought it for $174.99 with free ground shipping @ thezeb.com, (so that's cheaper than most ebay prices since they usualy charge $20 for shipping), thezeb.com has some great prices, check them out, i also have the p750mp and my friend has a p5500mp and another friend has a p3500 and i used to own a p6400, never had a problem with these, they look good and have tons of features, although you have to learn them, they may be difficult at first, second, i don't think you should go with that kicker amp, too much money for too little power, the best for your money i would say is the jbl bp1200.1 ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=18797 ) for about $265 shipped, it puts out alot of power and is suitable for 2 or 3 subs, i'd say go wwith 2 subs, i don't like audiobahn at all really, they're just the bling bling sort of crap and not focused on quality in my opinion, my friend has 2 audiobahn subs and they just don't get going unless you put alot of power to them, and even then they don't sound too good, i think you'd be very pleased with some elemental design subs, they'ree great for the money (edesignaudio.com), if your going for something loud get two e12O's and put them in a pretty good sized sealed enclosure, you could either get the single voice coil or the dual voice coil, two svc (single voice coil) subs would make for a 2 ohm loud, meaning the subs would see about 600 watts each, which i plenty, but if you want even more i know lots of people that have the amp i recommened wired so it sees a 1 ohm loud, to do this you'd have to get dvc (dual voice coil) subs, meaning each sub gets somewhere around 750 watts each, which would be pretty damn loud, let me know if any of this was out of your league, it got kind of technical sorry, but to conclude my suggestion is:

HU: Any pioneer
Amp: JBL BP1200.1
Subs: Elemental Designs e12O's

$: about $860 shipped

if you need something more on a budget i can give you other suggestions too.

HU: Alpine or Eclipse doesn't get any better than those 2 brands. Can find some good buys on them too. Amps, I'm a fan of Alpine, MTX, and JL Audio. Subs, I've had JL's and Bazooka tubes. I always stick with Infinity when it comes to speakers. I'm no expert, just my opinion on these brands that I've used. I've never had a problem with any of them, sound is damn good and I've put a stereo system in all 7 vehicles in my life

just wanted to say that alpine hu's don't have mp3 unless you go into the $200 range as far as i know and eclipse are good but i think you need a something commander attachment thing for mp3 cabablity.

ok well i got a couple problems...one i dont got lot of money but im saveing up...im at 400 right now...ill have about 1000 by jan 1.

Im looking for Dam Good Amp and Dam Good Subs for good Price...also i wanted to add neons under my amps and subs for show...so it would be in a case the size of my trunk space in a 2003 ford focus zx3 ztech. im only wantting to spend 1000 on my system at the max..not counting screens...

The Deck doesnt matter too much i just want a decent one...that will play loud...not to worried about xm sattlie bs...or any graphics unless i find a good deal...because i want a dvd player in my dash....so im kind of like hrmmm what should i do...

The other thing i live in maui hawaii..soo im haveing hard time with people wantting to ship to me....but i dont like what hawaii has to offer on the island...

other thing is do watts on speakers matter? i got swiss audio but not what watts im running

Maybe hopeing to get a amp and subs to match up so i dont have to much bass or too much speaker...you understand?

dis what you mean sub wise?
