Sedan back seat delete

Okay I know a bunch of people have deleted there back seats in there ZX3s. i've been looking for someone whos done this to a sedan. I've been thinking of doing this bacause I don't use my back seat much and I have a harness bar which keeps me from folding the seat down. So if anyone has any pics of this done on a sedan I would like to see them. I'm guessing making one is really similar to the ZX3 so I'm not going to ask how to make it. Thanks for any info.

It can be done, but you can't take out the rear shelf like you can in the hatch.

Yeah I know. Right now I can't fold my rear seat down due to the harness bar.

i have thought of doing this myself. what i would do is cut a piece of 1/4" MDF and make the trunk and rear seat all one piece. another piece of wood would go from the floor up to the other piece to make a finished look. it also depends if your doing it for looks or weight. if your trying to lose weight than adding the wood is not going to help.

Nope just make it look good. I was thinking of making it removable for track days.

than like i said 1/4" MDF is a good choice. its strong, fairly light, and very easy to cut cruves in it, and will take adhesive for carpet well. if you want it removable than i do two pieces. one for the trunk one for the seat area.
