under dash lights (ccfls)

hey guys i really want inder dash lighting partly because i cant see anything in my car at night cause my gauge cluster is so dim and its on the brightest dim setting so i wanan ad more interior light so i wanna add blue under dash lights but i dont want the fake crappy tire ones that plug into a cigar lighter... my question is ...is there anyone to connect them direct wire so when i turn my headlights on i can wire them to come on as well...also how would i got about wiring them up and mounting them.
